    <content type="html">195 cals today. I am trying to stay under the 200 mark. I also started walking home from work every day. That's about a mile, and very hilly. It was a good day. I can't drink green tea in the morning though. I can't keep it down that early. Does anyone else have that problem??</content>

    <content type="html">today was great only 150 cals and I won't have to purge. This should start the week right. I will have no more than 150 cals a day until Saturday. At least it will only be two days of pig out and b/p.&amp;nbsp;</content>
